I am a senior in highschool that loves music. My main instruments are saxophone and voice. Sadly, I have no voice part. I'm a Soprano 1-Tenor 2, but it doesn't matter, because I love singing, playing, sight-reading, music history, music theory, everything about music (except for solfege and metronomes, and do-based minor). I love most kinds of music - classical, jazz, latin, alternative, indie, blues, opera...
Every once in a while when you’re engulfed in an emotion, you just go and practice. But the practicing isn’t like any other practicing. It is therapeutic. For even just a moment, you find yourself no longer practicing the notes on the page…but experiencing emotion through sound. And that, that is the feeling behind music that is truly a miracle.
do re mi fa so done with this semester
i hate when teachers are like “sorry if im grumpy ive had a class each period haha” like ????? what do you think students do?????
Your instrument may or may not have a name, but it has a relationship with you and it damn well has a personality, don’t you lie to me
